Refund Policy
If you decide to return a product within 7 days of delivery or pick-up, we are happy to issue a refund once the product is returned. Please note that you will be responsible for any return shipping costs. We do not accept returns on Trading Card Game singles and Sealed Trading Card Game products. If you request a refund not due to card or sealed product quality, or before we ship the order, an 8% restocking fee will apply.
Damages and Issues
We encourage you to inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can address the issue and resolve it promptly.
Exchanges
For the quickest exchange process, return the item you currently have, and after the return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please be aware that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund to your account.
